Today I have an interview with Chris Ducker a personal friend and a major playing in the oversees outsourcing game. Chris runs a large firm in the Philippines dedicated to providing strategic outsourcing services called Live 2 Care.

He also blogs about his journey to being a virtual CEO on Virtual Business Lifestyle. If you’ve been curious about outsourcing or using virtual assistants to help build your own entrepreneurial empire than this interview will provide some great nuggets of wisdom and show you a real life example of someone who uses outsourcing to maximize his business and profits.

This is pretty awesome, Maren. I've been dying to get on the outsourcing/VA bandwagon, and haven't yet organized a plan to do so. One of these days…

    Hi Eric

Good to see you here, bud.

Hope over to the VBL Blog now, and listen in on how Maren herself utilizes her VAs to make her life easier AND more profitable…

    See you soon.

Interesting to hear the perspective of someone who is big on outsourcing and actually lives in the Philippines. That's a perspective I haven't heard much.

I've worked with VAs in half a dozen countries with just as many price tags, and I think the biggest point to make is that it's about finding the right person to form the right working relationship with. I think limiting your VA search to one country or one specific price is, in the end, detrimental. Could be limiting your options.

Thanks for posting the interview. :)

    Hi Lisa

You make a very valuable point. Everyone has different needs.

I actually have one client that has 3 VAs with us, 2 in China and another in Bulgaria! So, your theory does work out…!

Thanks for the comment and experienced feedback.

    Chris
