I think often us who spend so much time forget that there are a variety of ideas off line that make a killing.. I was just at Nordstroms and saw the St John's Knit section (expensive woman's jackets and such) a sport coat went for $1,200 and up... and it was just cotton. He talked about businesses that import dirt from Israel or Ireland, and rich descendants of either country will buy this stuff in the truck load to be buried in, to put under their new house/building etc. The one that imports Irish dirt made over 1.1 million last year I believe.
