If you read the expanded addition, which I am sure you will, Maren Kate, you&#039;ll hear all about the changes and muse&#039;s that have can about because of the inspiration caused by the original edition of the book.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;As someone who runs an outsourcing company, and blogs pretty heavily about it myself, I can honestly say that your first point above is probably the most important one.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Just do the following: Get a piece of paper, and write down what you DON&#039;T LIKE doing, and what you feel you SHOULD NOT be doing as a business owner or an aspiring entrepreneur. Then go find someone to do all those pesky, mundane tasks for you.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It might &#039;hurt&#039; a little to &#039;let go&#039; at first, but after a while you&#039;ll see the sheer power behind delegating with purpose in mind.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Great post...</description>
