Hiya!

As someone who has started, grown (to over 200 employees!) and run's an Outsourcing company (at a distance, I'd like to add!) I can only agree 100% with what you say in regards to Outsourcing, as a business model, being the BEST way to grow and maintain a business, especially online, for very little expenditure.

The fact of the matter is, as business owners, we should NOT be designing our own websites, or wasting time doing online research and even writing certain blog posts (although certain subjects HAVE to be covered by ourselves, because we're the ones with all the experience, right!?).

We should be concentrating on planning, strategizing and working to build our companies, brands and ideas (along with the revenues that come with them!) to as big of entities as possible.

I speak to business owners and entrepreneurs almost DAILY - and it is becoming more and more apparent that they are looking at Outsourcing to help them run and grow their businesses.

Nice post, Maren.
